sub)Harvesting fresh vegetables on a snowy day! making Korean dishes with veggies, pancakes, ssam

Welcome to Yeonghee's rural garden, where you can enjoy Korean countryside life.
The heavy snowfall last night turned the yard and vegetable garden completely white.
We quickly cleaned the yard and front of the house, harvested cabbage, and made cabbage pancakes.
I also harvested snow-covered spring onions, lettuce, and kale, and ate ssam with tuna ssamjang.

간밤에 내린 폭설로
마당과 텃밭은 온통 하얗게 변했어요.
얼른 마당과 집앞을 청소하고, 배추를 수확하여 배추전을 부쳤어요.
눈덮인 봄동과 상추, 케일을 수확해서 참치쌈장과 같이 맛있는 쌉밥을 먹었어요.
영희의 시골정원에서의 농촌일상을 보시고 잠시 힐링하는 시간이 되었으면 합니다.
