    2 tbsp mirin
    1 tbsp rice vinegar
    1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp sugar
    2 tsp cooking oil
    2-3 cloves garlic, crushed
    2 Tbsp butter
Rib eye steak or your favorite cut (1 inch thick)
    2 cups cooked rice
    green onions, chopped finely
    Instructions:
    1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, mirin, rice vinegar, Worcestershire sauce and sugar. Set sauce aside.
    2. Heat (cast iron) skillet and sprinkle salt on steak. Fry steak in cooking oil on both sides for 7-8 minutes if you have a 1" thick steak.
    3. About 2 minutes before the steak is done cooking, add butter and garlic into the skillet. Spoon some garlic butter on the steak while it finishes cooking.
    4. Turn off heat and remove steak. Let it rest for 5-10 minutes. Meanwhile, poor the sauce mixture in the hot skillet and let it simmer for 1-2 minutes. Mash the garlic with a fork.
