Very true, my amatyakaraka is in the 6th house and I have faced a lot of competition in the workplace without even trying (others instigating, trying to sabotage, or make me look bad, etc). This used to affect me immensely and I would try to reduce myself to not cause negative attention but, I would still receive this attention except now I was giving people reasons to put me down by not making as much of an effort.
