    FAQs-
    Q: "Where is this?"
A: Our fire house is located in the town of Willow Street, just south of Lancaster City, Lancaster County Pennsylvania.
Q: "What is the spinning thing?"
A: That is called the "Roto-Ray," it is a spinning light designed to catch drivers attention.
Q: "Why is the call so far away?" or "Why does it take so long to get there?"
A: Many of our responses, or at least many of the ones that are uploaded are responding to assist other departments. Usually another firehouse can be seen or is passed by who is already on the call. We can reach the far end of our first due in West Lampeter Twp within 5 minutes, and in Providence Twp about 7.
Q: "What camera are you using?"
A: For dash cams I use a GoPro Hero 7, helmet cam videos I use a FireCam 1080

Yeah! I filmed a fire truck before and a school bus that "couldn't" (sike) pull over, I probably have the number of the bus and date so yeah

Yes, most if not all of the Amish buggies have lights on the back so drivers can see them, especially at night.

To add a little more detail, most of Lancaster's Amish population is of a more "liberal" sect of the Amish order which doesn't completely shun electricity and other modern amenities. Much closer to those that would call themselves Mennonite (In fact, some Amish call themselves Mennonite as well). They're a fair bit more interactive with the "English" (non-Amish) and many have jobs in "English" companies that obviously use electricity. In addition to turn signals, they can also have other modern features on their buggies like leaf springs and ... windows. To my knowledge, most of the strict/conservative Schwartzentruber (hopefully I spelled that correctly) Amish are concentrated in Ohio. There you would not see lights on buggies like this.

A funny tangent story: a few years ago, I did IT services for several companies in the area and one was a Mennonite company that did fabrication work. They had computers scattered throughout the fab shop and sales floor and many of the Amish would use them to check schematics and sell items etc. Well, on almost all of the monitors there was a label tape stuck to the top with the words "Word Processor" printed on it. I asked the manager and he said that since the Amish that worked there were allowed to use "word processors" by their church but not computers, they'd say the Amish were only using the word processor function of the computers if Amish elders ever came to visit/inspect their work.

Amish people are required to have lights on buggy’s now. The police will literally tow it if they don’t. Even Amish people need to follow laws on public roads

2:44 an emergency vehicle pulling over for another one? Is that necessary? Although the POV firetruck was moving much faster than the ambulance that pulled over so maybe that’s why he did. I just found it interesting to see an emergency vehicle pulling over for another one.

Going to the same place and it generally just allows for the truck to roll in and get the spot it needs rather than possibly being in its way

That isn't an ambulance, it is a fire police truck. Fire police usually help with traffic control and making sure no secondary collisions happen. Since there is already police on scene, there's already traffic control (hopefully) going on. From what it looks like on the scene, there was.
Im not a firefighter, but from common sense what I would think is the person in the fire police van thinks about priority. "Who needs to get their first?". From what I saw Rescue 50 was the first due engine, meaning that it is the first fire truck on scene (probably the only one dispatched). The ambulance was on scene so they can transport people, but the car could catch fire, leak oil, other liquids etc.
In short, the reason why the fire police van pulled over was because the rescue truck needed to get to the scene before the fire police did.
