  • Once upon a time, there were two friends who decided to go on a hiking adventure in the wilderness. Little did they know, they would encounter a bear during their journey.
As they were walking through the dense forest, enjoying the beauty of nature, they suddenly came face to face with a huge bear. Fear gripped their hearts as they realized the danger they were in.
One friend panicked and started running away as fast as he could. The other friend, however, remained calm and composed. He knew that running away would only provoke the bear further.
With a confident tone and assertive posture, he stood his ground and stared directly into the eyes of the bear. He spoke firmly, "Bear, I am not afraid of you. I respect your territory, and I mean you no harm."
To his surprise, the bear stopped in its tracks and looked at him curiously. It seemed almost as if the bear understood his words. The friend continued to maintain his assertive stance, ensuring that he did not appear weak or vulnerable.
Slowly but surely, the bear began to lose interest and turned away from the friend. It wandered off into the forest, leaving the two friends unharmed.
The friend who had initially panicked returned to his companion and asked in awe, "How did you manage to scare away the bear?"
The calm friend replied with a sense of pride, "Sometimes, being assertive and showing confidence can help diffuse a dangerous situation. It's important not to let fear control us."
From that day forward, the two friends learned a valuable lesson about facing challenges head-on and standing tall in the face of adversity. They continued their journey with newfound courage and always remembered the day they outwitted the bear through their assertive demeanor.
