Windsor Royals v Singh Sabha Slough. 08-09-2024. Thames Valley Sunday Football League - Premier Div.

Saw this fixture on Saturday evening , so I made an effort to get up early on a Sunday for a change. Not seen a lot of Sunday league footy but I remember covering one of Royals' games last season. That game was played on the adjoining pitch, but with kids footy going on , the game against Sabha was played on the lovely surface that is Eton Wicks first team pitch. We was rewarded with an exciting game that had, like Saturday's game at Slough HL, some late drama. This was an excellent advert for Sunday league footy, and I'm hoping , weather permitting, to catch another Sunday thriller next weekend. If you like this video, hit like and subscribe.
