Hi! Can they be good for running on snow and slightly icy paths?

There's not a great deal of grip for tricky terrain on these shoes, they're better designed for paths and light trails. Not too bad on wet surfaces but I think they'd struggle on ice

Every shoe without spikes struggles on ice. The Rubatos have become my favourite choice for snow. Much better than shoes made of mesh as the fabric much more effectively prevents moisture from getting into the shoe.

    Is it good for hiking?

Definitely wouldn't be a bad hiking shoe. Depends on where you're hiking really. There's a lot of cushioning, which makes it a very comfortable shoe on hard surfaces. Not a lot of grip if you're hiking in wetlands.
