10 lbs red clover, 1 bag john clover blend and 1 bag sweet feast brassica with 5 lbs tillage radish. 4 to 6 weeks later 150lbs rye, 50 lbs oats. Some reason I can't grow peas.

      Side by side?
I would keep brassica / radishes separate.
      Use buckwheat instead of peas.

@@northwoodswhitetailsfoodpl2663 i mix it all together and decide 5 or 6 weeks after planting how much rye to put down. Area is about 1.5 acres. Depends on rain really

Hey Randy - love the insight. Question - I am planning a brassica no till into standing buckwheat then crushing it over. I planted my buckwheat a bit early (mid May) and it looks fantastic however it’s already going to seed. Seeds are still in the dough stage but I’m concerned if I wait two more weeks the seeds will all mature and smother out the brassica with a volunteer crop. I have a couple rain events coming (in NH) should I plant now or wait and not worry about the buckwheat reseeding itself with the brassica?

If you roll down the buckwheat now without crimping, much of it will still be alive and will continue to mature seed. Crimping or spraying will stop the maturation of BW seed. If you have rain on the way, I would plant now even though it's only a couple week early. Might be your last rain for a while.
But I have also crimped BW when its seed was mature and planted grains. Yeah there was a lot of volunteer BW but the grains outpaced it and the first frost killed the BW. May not be the case with brassicas.
