    Yes you are correct i had Anxiety and i was in vipasana budh gaya for 10 days and my Anxiety was increase.

      Bhai apko direct vipashna me nhi jana tha kyuki Jo log normal hote hai unke liye 10 dino me beneficial hai..pahle apko anapana ki achhi practice ghar se hi karke. Jana chahiye tha
      Waise anxiety apki badh gyi aur ap dar gye 🤦🏼‍♂️ wo apne pic par ja rha tha I mean anxiety apke sarir se bahar nikal rha tha kuchh din ke aur abhyas se ap swasth ho jate

      ​@@multieanter1049क्या आप मुझे बता सकते हैं कि मुझे ocd और social anxiety है तो मुझे क्या करना चाहिए क्या mindfullness और विपस्याना दो अलग अलग चीज है please बताइए 🙏 आत्म जाग्रति में जीना मतलब अगर कोई व्यक्ति हर वक्त mindfullnes की प्रैक्टिस करे तो क्या इसके कोई नुकसान हो सकते हैं या नही या मुझे कितनी सीमा समय तक इसकी प्रैक्टिस करनी चाहिए

      @@RadhaMohan-ws1to देखिए अगर आप विपाशना भी करेंगे तब भी कहीं न कहीं आप माइंड फुलनेस की की ही प्रैक्टिस करते है ऐसे तो माइंड फुलनेस की कई सारी टेक्निक्स है अब कई सारे ऐसे भी मेडिटेशन है जिसमे आपको अपने अंदर के गतिविधियों को नजरंदाज करके आपके बाहरी इनवॉर्मेंट में हो रहे इवेंट पर ध्यान लगाना होता है
      दरसल जब हम विपासना करते हैं तो हम अपने बाहरी इनवॉर्मेंट से डीटैच हो जाते है और हम खुद को जानने लगते है तब हमारी सारी ऊर्जा सरीर के अलग अलग हिस्सों घूमते रहता है जब ऊर्जा नाभी से ऊपर उठता है डर लगता है , अब जो लोग नॉर्मल होते वो तो आसानी से कर लेते है लेकिन कुछ लोग मानसिक रूप से पीड़ित होते है वो और डर जाते हैं लेकिन हमें धैर्य से काम लेना चाहिए ,
      वैसे तो मुझे ocd नही थी फिर आपको जानकारी के लिए बता दूं सिर्फ ध्यान से ocd को नही ठीक कर सकते है आप थोड़ा एफोर्ट डालेंगे तो आसानी से ठीक हो जाएगी वैसे आपको किस तरह की ocd है?

      Muje bhi mere doctor ne mana kar diya, unhone kaha akele rehna thik nahi ya to kisi ko leke jao taki emergency rahe to family ka koi insan udhar ho tumare pas

    Mujhe pehele bahot jyda fear and axity hoti thi bp badh jata tha kisi ka kuch bura suna ki me ghabara jati thi but vipasnase mujh me bahot change ho gaya.. sirf 10 din hame jase guruji batate hai vaise rahna hai baki 10 din ke bad to ye sadhna hame bahot sukun deti hai dar se bahar nikalati maine khud anubhav kiya hai.

    waha jane se pahle hume meditation ki practice pahle se karni chahie varna direct lambe time ke lie meditation karna tough ho jata hai.

    Is duniya me 99% log depression, anxiety, stress, frustration, tension etc se suffer kar rhe hai .. apki baat maane toh koi Vipassana jayega hi nhi .... Par log mental peace ke liye hi To meditation karte hai.. taki outer world se disconnect hoke, apne aap se connect ho sake !!

    I think it wiil be better for people with mental health issues (including me) to prepare themselves before going to 10 days vipassana... As you have said... Because as an anxiety patient I know how difficult it is to maintain silence inside my mind... It can get scary... So i think we can work on that before going to the vipassana.

    Bhai mujhe anxiety disorder hai jiski wjh se heart beat increase hota hai. As per doctor I need to do join yoga classes. Do you think vipasana helpful for me? If not then pls provide the other mode of solutions.

      Aise situation me apko Yoga ki beginner class start kr deni chahiye....
      as my Vipassana experience waha anxiety level increase bhi ho skta hai ...
      So normal asana classes se aap start kr skte ho apni yoga practice.. bahut help milegi apko

    Why you are giving wrong information to everyone. I have asked two vipasana center and one bhranto that if somebody have Anxiety than that person can do vipasana or not..everybody say in Anxiety people can do vipasana 10 days course.

      Depression agar hai to mere according nahi jana chahie.. jaisa mujhe feel hua k depression and anxiety wale logo ko problem bhi ho skti hai ..
      km depressed logo ko fayda bhi hua hai ..
      Depression ko kam karne k liye pahle Achhe yoga teacher ki help se yoga practice karke km kr lena chahie.. then vipassana thik rahega ..

      depression but physically healthy can try. The vibe, time and place will be very good for mind. Depression is a mind state needing need deep rest and new experience. Vipassana allows you that. thanks. stay good.

    Bhai agar aap anxiety aur depression se suffer nhi kye ho to khud se q Gyan de rhe ho ki vipasna is bad for anxiety depression
    Only meditation convert us peaceful state

      @@yogacharya_devvratscientificaly :- bhai meditation hamari thought ki frequency ko down kar deta hai aur hum relax state me pahuch jate hai . Anxiety ka main couse negative thought hi to hota hai..
      So Jo log badi sidhaat se meditation kar rhe unke mind me kyu meditation ke liye negativety faila rhe ho plz Bhai apka ek negative advice unka belive system kharb ho sakta hai 😥🙏

      10 days k baad to anxiety naam ki chiz bachti nhi hogi
      Waps aane k baad agar anxiety bar jyegi aysa muje nhi lgta h
      Maine Vipassana nhi Kiya but mai Ghar pr aanapaansati krta hu muje pta h ki srf aanapaan se hi anxiety ktm ho jata h ya km ho jta h ye to bakwas lg raha h ki bad gya wo kuch mistake Kiya hoga
