You really only see like 10% of the company. I feel like behind the scenes it's probably a little stressful if you arent a personality. There are thousands of people who would love to take your job in a heartbeat, so if you mess up or take to long they can just replace you.

Yea but from experience someone tries to escalate it too far. Did this after hours at a grocery store during inventory and after one person picked a neat spot (Under a rolling cart with a tablecloth) It escalated to hiding in a beer display, in the shelves behind paper towels, inside a bakery oven. Finally someone hid inside the ducking bailer and as a joke someone turned it on. Nothing bad happened but it was on camera and even jokingly threatening to crush your coworker like the Shredder at the end of Ninja Turtles can leave the folks watching the cameras a tad heated.

However, he said not only did they finish their tasks on time, but they managed to produce quality content while maintaining high morale. He was genuinely impressed.
