    Consignment settings in the Consignment Portal are designed to give users with the right permissions the ability to manage their consignment users and adjust their access levels. To get to these settings, you simply click on the gear icon in the navigation bar. This will show a list of team members with e-commerce credentials, along with their consignment access permissions. The permissions are indicated by symbols, and hovering over them provides a brief description of what each symbol means. These permissions include access to take or receive materials, billing permissions, and the ability to change or rename purchase orders, among others.
    In the operations column, users can request access to features or modify existing permissions. By clicking on "request access," a popup window appears with a list of available permissions, allowing users to select the ones they need. Once the request is sent, a sales rep receives an email detailing the requested permissions. Similarly, if a user needs to modify existing permissions, they can do so by clicking "request modification," unchecking the features they wish to remove, and sending the request. This process ensures that the right people have the right access to manage consignment materials effectively.
