Yeah, he took it as Pelo making fun of all the animators, and decided to throw a temper tantrum. Then after getting called out by almost all of the animators + a couple of the critics, and a lot of fans, he made an apology tweet, which wasn’t even an apology. Then he got called out again for how it was clearly not an apology. Then later, Pelo solved it all with a funny video and talking to Arin/EGOraptor privately, ultimately being the bigger man. (Some other things happened as well, but I can’t really recall .)
I mean, yeah but it was like 4 years ago. I wasn’t thrilled with him when it happened, but can we give it up already

I don’t know if it’s causation or correlation, or just a plain coincidence, but after this video happened, it almost seemed like a bunch of Story Time animators switched off the story time and turned on the animation.
This video is still incredibly funny, and a great time capsule of the story time animation era of UA-cam. I can barely remember half of the people depicted here anymore.
Took me way too long to realize that Tom (from Tom and Jerry) on a turkey's body was meant to be Turkey Tom lol.
I've never thought of him as one of the main critics, so it wasn't until yesterday when his main video on the subject popped up in my recommended that I made the connection. Doesn't make me feel any less stupid though, it's super obvious now
