I flip full time as well.... good stuff bro..this video is awesome! You are missing out on thousands!! don't be afraid to raise your prices!!
Thanks boss. I’m currently working on raising my prices. I’ve been building up my cash at the moments to order a lot more inventory. Will be posting a new video here in the next week or so.
@@ethanielsmithanielo you have any tips on where to best source inventory from to keep the sales and cash flow rolling?
Where do u get the couches??
Make more videos ! You are doing great
Where do you get your inventories from in bulk and new like this?
What market place are you buying from? I’m buying from Costco marketplace but want to see my other options as the inventory hasn’t been in the best shape for me.
Have you had any luck with leather couches. I buy from Costco liquidation as well but those are the hardest to sell for me
keep it up!
Great work. I think you should shoot to sell for higher price points.
Curious, can you do a video explaining your suppliers? I get all my couches on FB marketplace at the moment and have been contemplating getting new couches from liquidation sites, but it sounds like you found a local supplier. Curious about that.
the easy life
where do you sell your couches? on a website?
Next video can you post expenses as well like gas/ penske truck cost
Yes will do.
I can’t get my couch to sell any tips? It’s a 3 peice and I have had it on for 2 weeks and I have gotten no buyers
better pictures, better price, offer free shipping
crazy stuff, will you ever come back? 😞
That truck rental seems like an over expense. Do you think you could've done the same with just a box truck which is around half the size of the truck you rented?
Also do you ever have to hire help to move couches or how would you go about hiring help if you had to do so (like through want ads on FB, Craigs, etc.)?
Thanks and keep up the great work.
The price of the box truck depends on the size and since I get quite a few at a time the 26ft makes my life a lot easier then stacking them all on top of each other risking damage to the couches. I just make sure to factor the cost into the couch sales.
I’ve never hired any help. I will hire my brother to help me from time to time but I mostly have the buyer of the couch help me bring it into there home or I use Dolly carts to move them.
Hope that answers the questions.
@@ethanielsmithaniel It does. Thanks! I was thinking of saying something in the ad like " Free delivery (if buyer helps bring the purchased item into their house). Or $50 delivery if buyer cannot help ".
Would that be ok? If not any suggested improvements to it are welcome.
I found some kind of community help program on Craig's where you can hire helpers of any kind for $35 an hour. I would prefer to pay help around $20 an hour but I wouldn't know if it would net as reliable a source for an extra pair of hands if need be.
Thanks again for all your help.
How’d you get the 8 couch set?
Does Ryan Pineda have a program?
So cool
What licenses do you need from the state in order to register on B stock? Thank you
You need a LLC and a resell certificate. If you go in bstock you can see what it requires you to have for your state. You will also need a location that they allow to ship semi trucks to.
Thank you! It looks like I’d need to register to pay sales tax and customer would also be paying taxes when purchasing. Is that correct? Thank you!
Your hustle is paying off!
@@ethanielsmithaniel Thank you for your content!! On BStock are there options to just order couches or do pallets include other things?
Can you start with smaller orders and not full pallets?
Where do you recommend to source couches when just starting out?
Thank you

How much the Penske cost
Just depends on the truck and how long you need it for. To pick up the inventory was about $290.00 for the day.
@@ethanielsmithaniel so did B-Stock deliver all 5 couches to one spot, and you rented the ruck for that day and moved all 5 to your unit.
Then from the unit, you are free to sell the couches and deliver whenever you want?
Also the couches look like they're in amazing shape. I would suppose it's pretty smart for saving time cleaning them if they already arrive in New Condition. However, paying $500+ per couch does eat into those lucrative profit margins some Flipper experience (buying a couch for $100 and flipping it for $800, buying a sectional for $250 and selling it for over a grand)
Last question: your videos are edited really well! Do you pay a third party to edit them for you or did you do it yourself?
Who is your new couch supplier?
B-Stock
Can I edit your UA-cam video?
Do you need a license to buy from b stock? & is the supply all new??
You need a LLC and a wholesale license for your state. They have new stock but I usually got grade A-B and new.
@@ethanielsmithaniel thanks bro
So it would’ve been nice to know your profit margins, and how much you paid for the couches, and where you bought them from.
It shows that at the end of the video. 👍
Why share money secrets like this?
Hey man I’m a flipper as well full time I like the vids keep it up! Just wondering if I could shoot you a few questions at your convenience! Thanks man! Maybe insta or whatever lol!
