Guys, getting fit plus having muscles gets you a lot more than admiring glances from women.
After having my fill of playing pickup basketball I went into the gym not knowing anything. Four years later and up 30 lbs. was life changing. Being fit got me jobs over the competition, ...and I worked in engineering. I've also seen it where a more attractive women got the job over others. People are naturally attracted to, well, attractive people. You'll benefit in a thousand minor ways. I wish I had started when I was in my late teens. As Cindy Crawford (or someone) said; "Doors open for attractive people." And note, I can't hold a candle to hard core gym rats, yet out in public where 60% of people are overweight? Yeah, it makes a giant difference.

@@thebeholderofviolence2273 I'm now 63. I go to the gym three times a week and aerobic exercise by hiking or biking on opposite days. I retired early at 61.
You're correct. Exactly what I saw in my life (age 34). I was applying some years ago for jobs => nothing.
Then I started training. Over 550 applications (student dropout) yielded bs jobs with low pay. After 6 months of training I went to the applications with basically a muscle shirt instead a normal shirt. I scored 3 well paying jobs in 2 weeks...
We live in a world where if you don't look good or plain average, you lose.
Starting training as soon as you're 16 is a MUST. By 18 you will have a good physique and are top 10% as man. You get the career and leadership position easier. You get the woman of course easier and actually have a love-life, as the average guy out there doesn't have a love-life at all (maybe through luck nowadays, but that's about it).
If you're not a buff dude or tall, nobody will take you serious!

Saw JayCutler in person and just mind blowing to see that much muscle mass??! You see huge muscular NFL players and that's impressive but to see a massive professional bodybuilder, is on another level.

I saw both Franco Columbu (RIP) and the pro wrestler Superstar Billy Graham in their primes. Franco was blowing water bottles like balloons and Graham had both 22-inch biceps and a 600lb bench press. Back in the 1970s, at 12-13 years old, both were impressive dudes.

I'm not going to lie I wish there were some videos where there were elderly people being able to actually prove even at their old age they're still capable of doing crazy things like powerlifting like a good amount of weight or you know any form of exercise that seems impossible to do maybe that's just me but I would like to see that because I know there are some actual people in the world that are like 80 or 70 years old and they don't even look it and they have like these crazy like workout routines there's literal videos of them doing stuff like that at that age and also still looking super young
