Laura is a real keeper!!! There's a lot more than just that she looks good, she's got a great personality, a good, work ethic, smart and usually has a very up temperament.
Not that it hasn’t been said 1000 times but man Laura is a vision of beauty and an attitude that exceeds that. You need to keep pinching yourself every now and then to remind yourself how very lucky you have been through this whole journey. Keep up the good work guys.

Nice catch Laura. More and more I am becoming convinced that Bobby is lucky to have you as a sailing partner. One more thing Laura, whenever you hang up your sailing spurs I can see you running an animal rescue farm. A question for Bobby about the drone. When you launched the drone and it rose up in the air away from your rear starboard quarter did the drone actually climb that fast and move away from the boat as fast as it appeared in the video or did you do something to speed up the video. I was amazed with the rate of climb and speed away from the boat.

Sure hope that everyone is alright and didn't get hurt in the latest earthquake !!! A woman on the news said that the trees were dancing all over the place. So she grabbed a hold of a palm tree and held on ! When the earthquake stopped she had traveled 3 Km. into the next village !!! Ground liquifaction happened all over the place !!! Bobby were ya'll anywhere near this area ?
Great video. All the Sailing Doodles ingredients are there [minus the dogs]. The 'can I take this back as a pet? NO!' ingredient. The 'sunset' ingredient. The great drone footage, and the interaction with the locals. And we even got a glimpse of Daniella [spelling?]. Real shame about the rubbish. Way, way too much of an issue for an occasional blitz. There needs to be a radical change of attitude, and I would add, worldwide change. From the video it's not clear they even have the necessary infrastructure to keep the areas clean and free from litter.

I'd agree...judging by how certain transports drivers here in North America will cut holes in the bottom of their truck cab so the spare driver can poop while they driver so they don't have to stop as often, I wouldn't doubt it. That is true btw....I've heard that the weigh-in stations will just wave them through because they don't want to look at the bottom which is just crap.

Kinda Sad I just read the story how Laura Dekkers sailboat Guppy got destroyed as it got caught up in a Squal in Manihiki and got washed up on the rocks.
Once you have the drone, can you shut that one off from your hand controller remotely? Or do you have to switch it off on the drone itself? We're having those issues with the Mavic Pro. Theoretically, it can shut down if you move the control sticks to the lower outside quadrant concurrently, but we've changed the performance of the left stick so pulling it back is like pulling back on the stick in the plane, so this OFF technique no longer works.
Motors can be shut down remotely, but you still have to power down the quad at its' battery to stop current draw.

the kids were so excited, this was a real treat for them. What do they have to look forward to, same old island, no real modern stuff, no money, no jobs, no way to improve their lives. Granted they have the wonderful secluded island and nature, but that can get boring real fast. The guy with the motorcycle is probably a big man on that island. How does he afford gas for it ? Just my observation, everyone sees what they want. I am such a pessimist. I apologize !
I love my spark! I know, it’s not 4K, it’s not as big, it won’t fly as far or as long but I must say it’s a hell of a little package for the money! So far my top speed was 32.8 mph and with some altitude, I did get 1.2 miles distance one time. But,,,,,,,,, that little baby will land in my hand like a feather! You and Laura are living a dream for most of us! Keep up the great work AND DO NOT BE INTIMIDATED BY RELIGIOUS RITUAL!!!! Stand tall and show them what FREEDOM IS ABOUT,,,,,,,,unless your hungry and that’s the only way to eat!!!! (LOL)
