Yes, that lead-playing lad in the flannel can play excellent. Very cool guy it would seem- I saw him/another guy open for Dax a couple years ago. Very skilled blues guitarist.

I have seen some Acid Bath on here and just for me personally it I didn't really get it. I understand why people would, but it just wasn't my taste. But I have seen some of his other solo stuff like this that I have really liked. I will just keep searching, You tube is just the best!!!
He hasn't toured in forever, but it's only a matter of time. If he comes out by you, check him out for sure. His vocals translate perfectly to a live setting.

New to Dax Riggs.. but I just have to say.. that drummer.. he looks so lost in his kit.. i love it.. it's like he's jamming out full-fledged and not just playing the song.. like he looks transfixed and focused on the set soooo deeply, that is so epic, despite how simple sounding.. He will definitely go on to be amazing if he's that lost in in it :D ..sorry trying efforts in drum-land get me in ways i can't understand. :P ..now what was I listening to... >.>

Could have also been because i was sort of starstruck by his presence because i have been a fan since his acid bath days.

Its thrilling he is continuing and trying new angles though. That's strange because their album which i have signed by Dax "say goodnight to the world" is obviously recorded live, so it is the same result. You might be tone deaf, not sure though
unfortunately, this lineup isn't in tact anymore. Julian Primeaux, who was Dax' lead guitarist is no longer with them. Julian is in 2 other bands and it is a lot to juggle even for someone as talented as him. Dax is a very cool guy and enjoys hanging out and taking pictures with fans. Check out some of dax' other bands if you like this. Agents of oblivion, acid bath, or deadboy. He never ran from the fact that this sounds like iggy. Matter of fact he said so himself. hipster? ha ha
@hearya17 they are hipsters, the old band from we sing of only blood or love were better performers.. Andy the drummer, annoying when he opened his mouth but an amazing musician. I saw a few acoustic sets with him and dax and that was the best show other than when I first heard them at ACL back in the day.

Burnt I don't think so. I saw another interview posted on UA-cam in which he says "I still dig heavy music". Either way it's still a part of his long career and there's no sign he regrets that or anything.
