- Hi Everyone, today I have a quick video on how to make Banana Split Cake. Its super DELICIOUS easy and there's no baking involved!! Hope you enjoy!

Ingredients:
-2 cups crushed graham cracker(2 bags from box)
-1/2 cup butter melted
Mix graham cracker and butter, press in bottom of cake pan (9" X 13"). Put in freezer.
1st Layer-
-2 cups powder sugar
-2 eggs
-1 cup butter melted
Beat all together for 10 minutes with mixer.
2nd Layer-
-4-large bananas sliced/spread
3rd Layer-
-20oz can crushed pineapple -drained
Sprinkle on bananas.
4th Layer-
-8oz cool whip tub (let it get soft-not frozen).
-Chocolate syrup
-16oz jar of cherry's on top
-Walnuts
Chill in fridge for 4hrs or overnight and enjoy!

I've made this before with a recipe that used cream cheese instead of eggs, but not everyone in my family likes cream cheese, so this actually looks PERFECT! Even if I hadn't tried it before, I would after seeing yours! Can't wait to taste it...thanks!!

I made this by your recipe. It was good but something was missing. Then I found my 50 yr old recipe. My cream cheese pie filling is 2 eggs, 2 cups powdered sugar & 2 sticks butter. Beat not less than 15 minutes. I cut it in half because it’s too sweet for me. Thanks.

Or put crackers in food processor, I bake my crust for about ten minutes, I need to make this again been a long time, substiuite, a package of jello French vanilla instant pudding and half cup milk instead of the raw eggs. The pudding has dried eggs in it ,much safer,and two room temp butter,and two cups powder sugar ! If you do use eggs make sure you use laid today eggs.

I don't use chocolate, I put pineapple rings and cherries in the middle of the pineapple rings. I don't like chocolate
I have tried her recipe twice. And I couldn't get my mix fluffy. I had a lady tell me that you need to use unsalted butter. Which Nazerine forgot to mention.. I am not sure what I done wrong. Could someone plz give me some advice..

There isn't a lot of measuring.
2 packages of graham crackers, 2 eggs, 4 bananas, 1 can of pineapple, 1 tub of Cool whip, and the 2 cups of powdered sugar is all you measure out.
Were you making that in your slippers....lol
My recipe does not call to melt the butter- but to mix it w the powdered sugar and eggs and beat it for 15 minutes-
jeannie stanley I bake a lot but never have made something that calls for raw eggs. Looks delicious for sure.
