- In this video, we have a quick visit to Anglesey. We stop off at Llanfairpwllgwyngyllgogerchwyrndrobwllllantysiliogogogoch the village with the longest place name in Great Britain and then drive to National Trust Plas Newydd House and Gardens.
We drive onto Anglesey over the Menai Suspension Bridge and leave via the Britannia Bridge
We had a fabulous few hours even in the pouring rain.

Can't let the weather put you off. Looked lovely enough even in the wet. Super views over the Menai Straits. Never heard of this place before but worth a visit. Nice bit of singing 👍

Always wanted to visit Anglesey but not in that weather lol. Not the best day for views but a great day for visiting a National Trust House and more importantly the café. Still, good to hear you had fun and the rain did not spoil your day out, cheers Alan

Even the rubbish weather did not stop you enjoying yourselves. It is very difficult to explore the grounds of places like this when it is so wet. Not sure if we are going to get any summer this year the way things are going. Fingers crossed for August! Hope you enjoyed Caernarfon.

Lovely trip to Anglesey 😊 the liked the treehouse I would have wandered in to check it out 😁 lovely views then over the water. I always seem to follow your trips and am off to wales again myself just for this weekend. Hopefully will fit in a day at Anglesey again but not certain yet 😊
