I came out as trans to my parents on, 22/8/2020 and I couldn’t be happier with the support I have gotten and still have, I love this video so much because it shows both sides of things and how trans peoples lives aren’t always the best but there is always light on the other side. No but there really is something wrong with the village- I’m a lesbian, and the first person I told was my best friend, and I trusted her not to tell anyone, and she told her whole family. Her grandmother told her “you can’t talk to her anymore, she might fall for you!” That is stupid, we all know that. Homophobes, transphobic, anyone stupid enough to think it’s okay to judge someone for who they are- Well please go to therapy because you don’t realise how much it hurts. And I’ll be honest with you, right when my friend told me that she couldn’t talk to me anymore, well that was the moment killing myself crossed my mind. Don’t tell people you can’t trust, because you’ll regret it.

I'm trans FtM and I know I physically won't be able to stay in the closet because I can't stand being called my deadname and my pronouns being she/her. The only time I ever intend to wear makeup is while cosplaying. I will wear dresses and skirts sometimes, which shocks me that I want to do that because when I identified as a girl I hated dresses and skirts. Maybe that's just who I've been this whole time. I change myself too much to know who I really was in the first place. I was a girl who loved pink and dresses. Then I forced myself to change to fit in with my friends. Then I got used to it and lived like that. I guess I just changed to fit in with my friends and stopped realizing. In 2nd grade I thought about gender and decided I didn't care what gender people called me. Then I thought again about being trans and shut that idea down because I was nothing like the other boys. I kept on thinking that and kept on shutting it down. Eventually I realized I didn't have to be like the other boys to be trans. Now I think I'm trans.
