Danielson mentality about helping create the next generation wrestlers is probably the reason why I respect him the most.
This Garcia rivalry is just another proof that Bryan wants to help to solidify Garcia as a real treat, he knows how good Garcia really is and he wants to help that as many people as possible see just that.

Daniel Garcia is so good. He makes things look so real. It's the small things he does no one else notices. The way he puts the mic down and talks to Bryan personally between his sentences. The way he reacts to what Bryan is saying when he tells Bryan to not touch him when Bryan touches his face. The way his face looks as Bryan is talking to him. Garcia is incredible for all these small things and almost no one will notice them.
He’s somebody to watch out for, that’s for damn sure. I’m biased, because I love to see a fellow kid from Buffalo succeeding, but he’s legitimately a star in the making.
He wrestles great, he emotes really well in the ring, he looks like a legitimate tough guy, and his tone of voice in promos has a sort of simmering charisma to it. His promos themselves can use some polish, but he’s got a looooooong career ahead of him.

Danielson cut a killer promo… I am pleasantly surprised at how well Garcia cut his promo too.. it came off organic and natural… I was fuming that Bryan lost his return match to Garcia… but it makes sense now…THIS is starting to become a great feud with emotion and storyline. 👍👍👍

Garcia REALLY looked upset at the end when Danielson was in his face. Hard to tell if it was damn good acting or actually real emotion. Either way, Garcia showed a different side which is great for him.

Well Done Speech by Bryan Danielson, it's how to open up the eyes of new young talents. Daniel Garcia is gonna be a main event star and a future champion.
Garcia has some really good acting skills his body language when being scolded it looked impactful
Yeah, I also noticed a bit of emotion when Danielson made the reference to his 60 minutes match, like he was moved by the fact Danielson knew about it, by the fact that Danielson seems to care about his career. Which should be the reaction you have when "your hero" shows respect for your you. Also there are people that talk a big game to hype themselves, act all cocky but then react in a emotional manner when confronted and called out, showing more insecurity that they'd like to. It's a real thing, a human thing. Daniel Garcia looked like that here. Which again, would make sense when you're young and cocky.

Love it when promotions are putting over young talents. Daniel Garcia has everything going on for him. Learning how to handle the stick from Jericho and learning wrestling from some of the GOATS in technical wrestling, this kid is a major superstar in the making
This actually seemed like a really realistic, authentic promo. Absolutely loved Garcia's conflicted facials. This makes me even more hyped for the 2 out of 3 falls match if that was possible.

Good that Garcia is finally healthy, Danielson was right about that 60 minute match. It was awesome, Speedball made the kid look like a million bucks, too bad the accident happened.
I'm pretty sure he was talking about the Garcia vs Yuta one hour match which is why he was interested in both. His match with Speedball was great too but unless there is one I missed they didn't go an hour.

This moment and Garcia’s reaction were so well portrayed and delivered, it immediately created a superiority from Bryan, kind of a student vs master vibe. Anyone would have reacted violently, Daniel tried but was paralyzed. He respected Bryan too much to interrupt him, he knew he was right, and was struggling so much. there was a conflict in his head, he wanted to threaten him and maybe attack him, but he just couldn’t.

I knew Danielson had comedy chops from his time in the other company, but man this guy has had some great intense promos in AEW. This is the best version of him.
Sweet baby Jesus, that was an excellent promo. This just planted the seed of Garcia eventually leaving JAS and joining BCC to sit under the learning tree of his hero.
If Garcia wasn't in another faction he would be great with Black pool combat club. Danielson mentioned his name before as well. Seeing him 1st in aew I thought about BD cause they r similar in the ring.

I don’t think that Garcia was acting when he was unable to look Danielson in the eye while being told off.
Like, this is all fun and games, it’s a work. But it looked as though Garcia reacted completely organically.
Which is, really, just a testament to the respect that Garcia has for Danielson, and to the sheer force of personality that Danielson has as a performer. For Garcia to be so invested in his own angle is a mark of authenticity.

The one Major reason why I like and respect Daniel Garcia BESIDES his wrestling ability is because he wipes his shoes off on the outside of the ring before stepping in at 2:12 . That is an old school wrestlers sign of RESPECT for the bizz for the wrestlers that came before him. You hardly see that anymore from any new or even relatively old wrestlers anymore. He has my respect and I wish him the best. And I truly hope he jumps ship to the Blackpool club. They can develop him into a MONSTER. Absolutely No disrespect to Chris Jericho, but I do not see Chris developing this kid like the Blackpool Combat club can. I'm sorry but Chris is too damn hung up on the Vince McMahon "sports entertainment" moniker when it became mainstream that Pro Wrestling has pre determined finishes. Such a weak move by Vince to avoid heat imho. I'm glad Vince is done. HHH will hopefully bring "Pro Wrestling" back, not this entertainment crap.

Man, I can see the emotions in Garcia's face. Even though I didn't like him before he won my respect as a wrestler and as a person.
I thought this was going to be another MJF/CM Punk storyline where he says "I lost respect for you because you left," but it seems like Daniel might break away from Chris Jericho. It looks like he respects Bryanson whereas MJF didn't appear to respect CM Punk.
Him being like a Bryan Danielson Stan in some way is honestly a very compelling story

Honestly this is gonna end 1 of 2 ways because this storyline is leading to Jericho vs Danielson at all out. Either Garcia stays with Jericho and continues to shine as not only being a great technical wrestler but also being a good gimmick (learning from Jericho is never a bad thing) or Garcia leaves and joins the BBC, goes on a long run as Tag Champs with Yuta (DIY style them to the top, turn Garcia on Yuta, it’ll be beautiful) and gets to be the protige to the greatest wrestler of our generation (learning from Danielson is never a bad idea either)
The work AEW does to create and highlight new talent is exceptional.
