- Join me as I spend an awesome day at Mari Vineyards in Traverse City, MI. On this return visit, Andy Jacobson takes me on a tour of this interestingly constructed, beautiful vineyard set on a gorgeous overlook of lake Michigan. It is quickly obvious that Andy knows the wine industry as he takes guests through the wine making process from vine to the cave below ground where the many varieties are stored for aging.
Thanks again to Mari Vineyards and especially Andy Jacobson for an awesome day.

Thank you, Jeff.
My pleasure!
Wow, what an experience so glad you got to do a take two, thoroughly enjoyed this presentation. Thankyou Mari Vineyard and you too Jeff thankyou for sharing your experience. 😎 🇦🇺.
P. S you may think about a trip to Tassie and explore, experience our wines, food and history and countryside think you would enjoy, especially using a touring van. 😎
Where is that? Tassie?
Hi Jeff, Tassie is the shortened name of Tasmania. ua-cam.com/video/E9jh0KDMLk8/v-deo.html or ua-cam.com/video/gPa-d51gooY/v-deo.html You may enjoy these as an explanation. 😎
Excellent tour and video! Well done and very educational. Great Job Jeff!
Thank you kindly!
I'm drooling over all that old wood, and noticing the shape of slab tables, and the diameter of those old trees. Seeing the last table, thinking "gee, what tree grew like that?" - then the angle changed and the brain kicked in. Your grin said it all!
lol. Superb tour!
I want the one that is down in the 'observation' room. Was that what he called it? Where you can look down at the wine making/bottling process. That table there.. I want haha.
Well done!
Thank you Walter. Andy was an awesome tour guide.
Great job! Very informative!
Glad you enjoyed it!
What a cool place, awesome.
This was amazing ❤ thank you for taking us along
Glad you enjoyed it!
Hi Jeff,
New subscriber here! Originally from England but now living in Perth Australia.
Watch many of your podcasts on UA-cam … this was a little different but excellent! Andy, your guide was 10 out of ten … keep up the great work and make sure you ask Gretchen Cornwall on again , she is brilliant!!!! 👍👍👍
Thanks for checking in Andrew. And, thanks for watching. Yes I had to head over to Mari Vineyards again. Owned by Marty Lagina, one of the two brothers that own most of Oak Island in Nova Scotia. That is why I went there. Not because I am a wine person haha.
Thanks for this. I'm a little bit psychic and my strongest impression is the place is not just beautiful, but has a real positive energy.
It is funny that you say that. I get that same feeling there. Especially when you look at those that work there. They feel good out it.
Great tour!
Glad you enjoyed it! I know I sure did!
I like the Templar cross on the floor.
Tour de Force
Ah. I’m headed down to TC to pick up my trailer. Maybe I can convince hubby to stop. If it’s open.
Fantastic video! Does it smell like wine all over the area?
Yes it does! Not in a strong alcohol smell but that fruity smell that grapes have... LOTS of grapes haha.
FYI: Just made a panoramic from the panning shot of the latest Curse promo. Does it tell us anything? Nope. But it's interesting to look at for speculation guys like us. Check your Twitter DMs for the image if you want to grab it.
That's not too far from me but I've never been there
It is an interesting place.
