Literally just bought the 50D non-bluetooth... Did not know that there are Bluetooth versions available. Also Bluetooth version 5 , that's pretty good :) Also noticed that they turn off automatically after a while of no sound playback and turn back on automatically as soon as a sound signal is received. (on my Non-Bluetooth versions of the 50D. Should also increase their lifespan.) Anyways Hi from Dubai :)
Hope you're still happy with the non-Bluetooth versions! Bluetooth isn't needed for everyone so there's plenty of room for both models, good those that want to skip that feature and save some money with the standard versions.
Thanks for the review, I brought the DM40 and DDJ-FLX4, I downloaded the Rekordbox software , but no sound is coming of the speakers, any help will be appreciated. Thanks.
hey guy, not sure if you still have the pioneers dm's but i wanted to know if the white version didn't lose its color and end up turning yellow. can u p[lease let me know. thx
You cannot turn off/disable Blutooth at speaker, Pioneer how hard would it be put an extra switch to disble Bluetooth ????so make sure nearby Bluetooth devices eg, phone ,tablets are not paired.!
I had the dm-40bt but opening them there is no crossover and the tweeter was so low wattage it’s not audible over the woofer which is working at full range. This means adding a crossover makes high frequencies inaudible as they’re too quiet.
It varies a lot. I am a DJ myself and have had the DM40 for a very long time. I have just switched to the DM50. These speakers are great for my studio where I have the speakers right in front of me and the sound is amazing. I recently had the speakers. turned around and stood in the middle of the room because I had the same question as you to give a short answer to your question it is possible but it depends on the genre if you like house music or hip hop it should not be a problem but I I am a techno DJ myself and the speakers seem to quickly lose their power if you have music with a really loud bass in a large room, they are of course still studio speakers.
@@icem5018 I’m kinda of hard groove type DJ. I’d want speakers good enough to play pretty small parties in a house etc… previously used my JBL boombox but it always has a delay when trying to mix so I can’t use that.
I just bought these speakers and already exchanged it for a new one because the right side sound won’t come out, after exchanging it for a new pair the sound on the right side still won’t come out, I realize it’s something else. The cable connection it’s exactly like the instructions says, so what’s the problem, is it a setting in the Pioneer Serato 1000 or do I need another cable to connect in the back of the speakers? Please help!
You'll want to ensure the right speaker is connected properly to the main speaker via the provided audio cable (black to black, red to red). You'll also want to ensure that you are coming out of both the left and right outputs of the DDJ-1000 into both the left and right inputs on the main DM speakers.
@0:35 don't let somebody off camera talk while you as a presenter are talking. it makes it chaotic. For the rest great explenation and i like the background setting with the equipment and action figures
Thank you for oversimplifying this. New to Dj so every term I learn or theory is a gem.
Why you all guys like to talk but don't let the speakers talk?
Cause you can't hear the quality through something that isn't as good as the speakers
Exactly

Think I’m gonna the black ones for my 200 DDJ Pionner live-streaming
Will definitely go for the DM50 for monitoring

Can I use this for music production, mixing mastering??
Yes
I didn't get the Belgium thing, is it because I'm from Belgium?
O ieșire de subwoofer și erau cele mai reușite boxe de pe planeta
Le-ai încercat? Am un eveniment caritabil în aer liber si o sa pun cv muzica? Sunt galagioase în afara? Multumesc

My friends parents asked me to dj their daughter’s wedding. 50 people. Will this be loud enough?
no you need a subwoofer to pair for strong enough lows
These good enough for parties? In a kitchen type space with 30 odd people? Want loud ish speakers for parties any suggestions or are these good
