So the day is here once again April 3rd The day Naruto Fell in love with Sakura, so yes even though they weren't canon that will never stop me from editing with them because they will always be my OTP and I'm glad that there are still people who still edits with them :)
Now this mep was such a headache because I had 4 people drop out, which I know its not there fault but if anyone ever hosted a mep before then you know how frustrating it is to replace people, so thank you xoxomyseriesxoxo and Angel Girl for taking two parts! This really bothers me. Naruto and Sakura had a good relationship. Platonically or romantically, they were close friends. I’ve grown to accept SasuSaku and have warmed up to it but I will still be a NaruSaku fan.
As a Sakura fan before anything, I don’t like how Naruto and Sakura stopped talking like they once did before once they got their own families. Naruto’s feelings for Sakura were treated as if they didn’t even exist by the end of the original series. He didn’t even tell Sakura that he loved her and I’m sure Sakura felt like she didn’t deserve Naruto when she healed Hinata and when Sai told her that she causes Naruto pain too.
I’m not upset that NaruSaku didn’t happen. I was just bothered by how things were handled.

I could understand NaruHina (or atleast I tried to) and I headcannoned that SasuSaku only got together as a rebound because they were both in love with Naruto lol. SS could still be friends but they ruin each other as a couple because of lack of love.
What saddens me is not the fact that NaruSaku didn't became endgame( ofc I'm still sad with it) but thinking that they already never got together, they even lost their friendship is so heartbreaking. They used to be at each other's backs but now, merely a word was spoken about them to wach other. It is like the show erases not just their feelings but also the one thing that is supposed to remain there, friendship just for NH and SS to get that silly spotlight.
I can understand the canon couples - I headcannoned that Naruto let Sakura go because he thought she'd be happy and Sasuke would have someone. Sakura on the other hand lets him go too because she was guilty, thinking Hinata deserves Naruto more than her. Naruto, even if having a special place for Sakura in his heart, SLOWLY returned Hinata's feelings as part of Sakura's wish and Sakura related to Sasuke when it comes to Naruto. SS know that they were never a couple but just got together as part of Naruto's wish. Such a sad headcannon of mine, well it is the least I could do since it's painful for me to lie to myself that they were canon. I had so much heartbreak when reality stroke me that painful ending so I'll just leave at that kind of analysis so atleast NS not being together has a logical explanation unlike that Trash Movie. If they truly want the canon couples to be accepted, then why handle it in that ugly and dumb way? I'm just sad my OTP didn't sail but I'm mad at how it was handled.

I swear that at the sight of this video the tears have fallen alone ... I think it is one of the best I have seen in which the relationship between Naruto and Sakura is currently described perfectly ... both have sacrificed their pure and genuine love for to see the other happy; honestly i am convinced that both Sakura and Naruto still love each other, many scenes show it but it's just an opinion ... it's true, they don't talk anymore ... they don't need to do it because even if separated and married with other people they know always being close, whatever happens ... this is the magic of Narusaku 🍥🌸
In my heart Naruto and Sakura did end up together. I can picture it all, and though I get irritated by the ending, I still believe they were right for each other

@@SugarBitch009 I could respect NaruHina if the story supported it, but those two were shotgunned together faster than the Flash and spent little to no time together. SasuSaku on the other hand can burn in the hell hole from wence it came. He tried to kill her 5 times over and emotionally abused her the whole series but gets away with it just for saying "I'm sorry"? That's beyond toxic. Naruto and Sakura went through everything together and never had to pretend to be someone they're not around each other. Sakura isn't some weak, timid wallflower like she is with Sasuke. She's strong, fearless, and not one to hesitate when it's time to speak up. Naruto isn't some jerk who only loved her out of some petty rivalry with Sasuke or doesn't know the difference between loving a person and loving food. (Side note: Fuck The Last for speaking that into existence) If anything, he's one of the leading experts on what love is. I can't stand the way the series ended and I'll die before I support The Last or SasuSaku.
@Pff ff Exactly. NaruHina I could slightly understand if there was any story there to support it outside of 1 major moment that was immediately disregarded and a terrible movie. SasuSaku on the other hand never should have happened. It sends a horrible message, and Kishi should be ashamed for being a part of it.
@Pff ff Spot on. The messed up part is she was moving on from him according to the official databooks written by Kishimoto. Even if she didn't end up with Naruto, it still would have made for a better ending for her. We watched her grow up from a shy, quiet girl who couldn't even begin to stand on the same level as Naruto and Sasuke into a strong, open woman who could go toe to toe with the best of them with low difficulty. Like I said in my original comment, who she is around Naruto and who she is around Sasuke are 2 completely different people. She acts like a kicked puppy around Sasuke, but when she's around Naruto it's nothing but smiles, laughter, and her being her genuine self. Same goes for Naruto. Him around Hinata is not the same as him around Sakura, and I hate that his smile is essentially gone since he got with Hinata. Tbh it would have been a better ending if Hinata moved on too. She always saw Naruto as her goal and her example for how to be strong. She should have learned how to be strong on her own and been with someone else who she isn't so dependent on. For me, the final ships should have been NaruSaku, SasuKari (if Sasuke has to live), ShikaTema, KibaHina, SaiIno, NejiTen, and I guess Choji can get with Karui if we have to keep Sai in the story.
