No damsel in distress, no Mr. Perfect but human being's with their strength and weaknesses as you can find them everywhere. And at the same time they are characters you can not only relate but look up to with there sensibility and sense of honor. And of course Quanquan being the cutest ❤
For me this story is part 2 from Once We Are Married ... Loved both the stories...loved their pairing..and another Child prodigy actor ! These actors also chose stories when the Man is not a "cold male God" and the girl is not a "poor cinderella " ... Working capable woman and a non chauvinist male ...rare in cdramas
The effort of putting this all together. This deserves more appreciation. How you manage to fit it all in just a few minutes. You have shown the beauty of their love story as a couple & as a family. They deserve that happy ending. Definitely one of my fave dramas to ever exist! Thank you for letting us experience it all over again.

This is a beautiful edit!! After years of adventure in jdrama, kdrama and cdrama lands but this drama so far become my number one! I know there is much more dramas with better quality and production but TLYGM just hit me in my heart, the beautiful chemistry, character's setting where the FL is really the most satisfying ever with her assertive but soft heartedness, ML has many character progress from somehow toxic to best lover whom supported FL unconditionally, and ofcourse the cutest, and smartest kid ever (sorry lu yoyo, you are second now). I already rewatched TLYGM more than ten times, but the emotional scenes still always made me cried, like when Min Hui proposed to Xin Qi, the tears always come out! Really both actors just full of potential, they are so understated! I'm now really anticipating for their fourth collaboration, hopefully there will be one because i just cant get enough of their chemistry!

I'm so sorry, I feel stupid. In their first meeting she told him she wasn't the girl he was looking for then after they had spent some time toghter he said, wait you aren't the girl I was looking for? Am I dumb or is he?
This story is not as good as it seems since she is just a substitute lover for him, when the other girl died in a bus accident. It is ludicrous this girl deceived him so she could date him, that's the intention from start I guess.
