It's like Zero evolved into something new, a new being yet it's still Zero. It's like Zero becomes Transcendent which is resulting him becoming Saga with the power of Dyna and Cosmo. Also reminder, this is not just fusion power like Orb, Geed, and Z, it's actually three Light Giants being United as One. Also if you guys notice, Saga's grunt and voice sound similar to Zero's. Even Saga's transformation device evolved form of Zero's Ultimate Bracelet

Saga has one of the best chromatic shades of silver, violet, blue and red blended in seamlessly, his head is like a crystal crown, and his timer is like a heartbeat. He can run fast given his size and weight, and his powers are a combination of the three, from his punches, kicks and speed. I did see Ultraman Saga both as a standalone movie AND as a 5-part story from Ultraman Zero: The Chronicles. To date, Saga's the ONLY one who hasn't shown up yet in UGF, but if he does, it all depends on whether Dyna shows up, PHYSICALLY not as a part of Gamma Future Z's Gamma Illusion...and Cosmos too, can you say musical chairs, Ultraman style? Until he shows up, HOWEVER it's configured or arranged, this video showcasing Saga at his best will do.
