Mate. I don't know. I was only there for one night. That was late February, 2020 and most places were open then. Maybe join some Tarifa groups on Facebook and Reddit and ask there
I know there's a nice bar right on the beach. Next to where the Island with the causeway is. Can't remember the name but I show it in my Tarifa Beach Sunset video
