Just took my loaf of Brioche bread and hamburger buns out of the oven. Came out perfect! I followed her recipe in every step. I even left them over night in the refrigerator and I believe all the waiting time is the key. I weighed out the flour and made sure of the exact yeast amount as I was using packaged yeast. Yes, I will be making this recipe again. 5 stars on this one

Just a tip.
Be causius when using a rock from in the river in a fire.
There could be water inclosed in some cracks and when heated in a fire, the rock could explode!

Dig a second "chimney" as an air supply tunnel at an angle into the fireplace and you've got yourself a rocket stove that won't constantly be pulling cold air into your shelter from the outside. Roasty toasty.

I’m not sure where this is located but where I’m from we have a saying “Leave no trace” when we’re out-doors.
ie. you can’t just go around digging massive holes wherever you feel like it and then walk away leaving it for someone else to fall into or for the rain to erode and destroy the terrain once you’re gone. The wilderness is a shared and protected asset for EVERYONE
