I can not get this thing to connect via Bluetooth. I've tried restarting my phone and deleting the app and reloading it. I have followed the video step by step and no success. I'm ready to return this lockbox and get something else.
If it's not responding when you plug it in for the first time, please try a different cable or a different outlet to see if the problem is with those. When you first set it up, keep the white box, the black box, your phone, and your Wi-Fi router all close together to make sure they have a good connection. After you've set it up, keep the white box within Wi-Fi range of the router, and keep it close to the black box. Then you can use the Linkstyle app on your phone from anywhere as long as it has internet access.
I just bought this. The battery went from 100 to 64 percent in 24 hours. Is there a way to save battery life? I noticed the blue led around the finger sensor is constantly on.
That sounds like something is keeping the device awake making it drain the batteries. One thing you can try is to remove the batteries and then put them back in (the classic turning it of and on trick). Another thing you can try is reset the lock box and add it back to the app again. Make sure to wipe the fingerprint sensor and the keypad clean, just in case if it's something physically touching it that's keeping it awake. If the problem still persists after that, you might have a defective unit. In that case, please reach out to our customer support team at support@linkstyle.life and we can help you from there.

The one I received doesn’t do anything when I plug it in and doesn’t respond to pressing any buttons. Is it broken?
