    Onion / प्याज़- 4
    Cumin /जीरा-1/2 tsp
    Green Chilli /हरी मिर्च-2 tsp
    Red Chilli / लाल मिर्च- 1 tsp
    Turmeric / 1/2 tsp
    Coriander Powder /धनिया पीसा-1 tbs
    Garam Masaala /गर्म मसाला-1/4 tsp
    DryMango/ 1 small
    Salt / नमक- to taste
    Mustard Oil / सरसों का तेल - for frying and tadka - 4 to 5 tbs
    Green Coriander / हरा धनिया-1tbsp
    Garlic - 1tsp Grated
    Fennel Powder -1 tsp
    whole Coriander- 1 tsp
    Asafetida- 1 Pinch
