Whatever , Nexon is the number one compact SUV for past 7 months. People have chosen it for its value for money, mileage and low maintenance cost. Finally 5 star safety where from the base variant XE has ESP, Traction control, Hill hold which a lot of reviewers miss highlighting. Infotainment is slow but what is the system for MUSIC! Nexon even in the base model XM has excellent sound output. That is why test driving cars is better than watching you tube reviews!
And before this MS Brezza is Legend in this segment. Also Tata Nexon sales includes Petrol, Diesel, Ev versions. Whereas MS Brezza available only in Petrol.

I owned the new brezza topend manual almost 20 days before and i have already clocked 2100 km by now. I can clearly say that the car is a no nonsense car. You can't even feeI the car is running. Thats the level of refinement. I work in a very steep hill area and my weekly drive to home is almost 300 km. The 360 degree camera is the most important feature i have come across truly. Because u can easily find an air purifier from a reputed brand under 10k. But you can't install the 360 camera like that. And the camera in the brezza is so so good. It just feels like a very premium car considering the quality of the camera resolution and infotainment system. There are so many different modes for using 360 camera in brezza. It can even drive forward by showing you the left wheels of the car so that you don't fall into a drainage while giving side in a narrow road. I feel that to be very useful. Nexon infotainment system is very very bad. Tata have to update the same immediately. Also like you said lookwise also brezza looks a lot bigger than it actually is. Its more boxier than nexon. Anyway i like Nexon too. But i simply love the peace of mind that brezza gives more.
@@venkatmupparaju3424 Not its not. new brezzas interior is very nice actually. Its not soft touch material but its really sturdy dashboard and won't wobble after a year like in the nexon. Infact the floating infotainment system add to the beauty and purpose of the dash. In comparison you can find a better infotainment system in Alto than in a Nexon. You don't want me to talk about the engine! In nexon it sounds like a mini tractor and in the brezza you will have to look at the tachometer to realise that the engine is running. And the smart hybrid system in the brezza along with the 3 bhp electric motor works flawlessly to save some fuel too. To be true I really admire and love TATA a lot. But comparing with the new brezza, i dont think Nexon is a reliable option for a long period of time. Of course Brezza is on the pricier side. But if you can pay that extra lakh than the Nexon, definitely it will last for a lifetime without emptying your pocket further. You can't say the same about nexon though. In the end dont get hurt i just told my personal experience. Even if you tell me 1+1=5 you are absolutely correct. Enjoy 😀😀

Nexon and Brezza would be a wise choice. Venue has good interior, infotainment, great engine refinement but comes with out dated software, security and poor framework, which makes this non-safest of all and poor choice to buy.
No doubt Brezza is the king of mid size suv. Safety isn't everything, the car should look good too. When brezza 2022 is tested ncap, brezza will also score well. Tata nexon is safe but not good looking.

Brezza's bifurcation of feature vs price is really bad, you have to take the top model to enjoy premium features which are high on pocket as well. The premium look comes in venue only with a good price.

None of these cars is an SUV. In India, car companies are pushing them as SUV. Nevertheless, all the three are quite good cars for intracity and intercity journeys.
Except one who can afford Brezza ZXI+, i feel older brezza with electrical updates would be more pleasing to pocket and overall for remaining versions. I cancelled ZXI for Nexon HS. Except Lighting and better display, no great in Brezza but will be compensated with Arm rest, Air Purifieer, Auto Folding ORVM. I feel fair trade off. I feel like good Engine is missing in Nexon but after 2 years brezza battery need replacement then i feel compensated with Turbo Engine in Nexon.

Looks like you have never been in the top model of Tata Nexon. XMS variant is almost a base variant which is incomparable to Venue SX(O) DCT. If you would have driven Nexon XZ Plus (HS) you would have get to know the best audio experience a car can get and you won't have to compare it with Sonet or i20 instead you would have put Nexon Harman Audio is like a benchmark set in this category. While doing a comparison of cars in a video try comparing Oranges with Oranges.
I really a big fan of Nexon diesel variant the only that concerns me is the After sales and long term body quality(rusting issues, suspension issues) and the engine is really a beast but needs more refinement but also heard some small issues like injector issues in new revetorq engine BS6 P2 so not sure for this long term reliability unlike Venue. And the seat quality is super cushiony in nexon and the build quality does feels so safe. The service cost is bit high compared to Venue on over the period of time (4+ years). on the other hand Venue Diesel is all rounder except for the build quality like nexon, good after sales, well refined and reliable engine and super smooth clutch and transmission shifts and smooth suspensions, better mileage and stable on high speed but the rear space is 4cm less compared to nexon which feels a bit cramped when 3 medium people sit and the cushion doesnt come to the par of nexon but the door arm rest, open lever(primeum), leg room are all better here(Venue). And in feature wise it is lot better than Nexon. so if only safety is concern and you need to feel the powerful pull of the engine then Nexon is better. if you need a comfortable and smooth ride quality and with some good features and long term reliable engine then go for Venue Diesel.

The Nexon diesel would be the best in terms of mileage, followed by the diesel Venue and then the petrol Brezza. The turbo-petrol Nexon and Venue don't give very good real-world mileage figures.
Who cares man, let nexon win car of the century, wouldn't still buy it, I atleast considered breeza, I am not gonna buy a car just everyone is buying it or its most demanded car, a car should catch your attention n win your heart n within your budget range

Folks calling brezza overpriced please file a petition or blame the government to have stupid taxation policies. Engine above 1.2 litres, ground clearance, 4 metre length, etc. Just burden consumers, then taxes on the fuels. Polo international is also more than 4 metre but they had to discontinue else the same polo would have costed 50% more.
Maruti makes 4 cylinder engines, which other cars don't can't, because they need to make 3 cylinder engines in order to compensate for the extra weight their cars carry. 3 cylinder engines are inherently unrefined when compared to a 4 cylinder.
Budget 13-15 lac, automatic, mileage 18-20 kmpl, North East India hills (Mizoram), off road conditions, comfortable ride. once a month long drive of 600km + 1000 km/mnth, SUV, driving speed 40-60 kmph.. please suggest suitable car and model
If it's off-road conditions primarily, the Brezza / Nexon should be your main contenders. The Nexon's cabin is a bit dated but the lower-spec variants have more features and there's the diesel option as well, which should give you more mileage. The Brezza has more features and a better interior, but the petrol-automatic combo isn't particularly fuel efficient in hilly conditions.

In our experience, the new Venue's rear seat is actually quite good. The front seatbacks are scooped out for extra knee-room and it also has a recline feature. However, the Brezza has equal knee room still and better headroom.
We agree! As mentioned in the video, the Sonet feels the most premium in its class and we wanted to have it in this test as well, but the car was unavailable.
Dct reliability issue can be there ith Indian traffic, amt is jerky and not reliable Torque converter is best, currently only sonet(CVT) and brezza has that
Lithium ion battery under passenger seat cost 70k at present for replacement. very bad interior and rear seat is like dinning table chair and pretty straight and 0 angle of reclining and seat depth also very short and no support for legs..
@@balaji534 Lol. Brezza always a comfortable car. And its Interior is best looking in the segment currently. Exterior wise this car looks like real Sub-compact SUV, and talking about battery replacement then this car is much more reliable in every aspect. 70k justifies its reliability.
We can't tell you about the service experience, but the Brezza and Venue offer six airbags at the top end, the Nexon only offers two. Yes, the Nexon has a five-star crash safety rating, but the previous-gen Brezza wasn't far behind with a four-star rating. The Venue hasn't been tested, so we can't comment on that.

Venue according to me is the best out of the 3 three but the least safest. Hyundai’s other cars have fared very bad on the ncap tests, so can’t really trust Hyundai on that. If safety is priority, there is nothing better than Nexon.
The top spec variant (SX (O)) doesn't come with wireless android auto or apple car play. Instead it has wireless charging which the lower spec variants does not have.

New Nexon XZ+ (P) edition is way ahead then brezza in terms of features like Ventilated Leather seats and Air Purifier and still cheaper than brezza.
Looks wise and mileage wise i would prefer brezza but Nexon is offering better value for money anyday.
And Nexon dark edition has some good road presence ❤️.

The Nexon diesel would be the best in terms of mileage, followed by the diesel Venue and then the petrol Brezza. The turbo-petrol Nexon and Venue don't give very good real-world mileage figures.

Engine above 1.2 litres, ground clearance, 4 metre length, etc.
Just burden consumers, then taxes on the fuels.
Polo international is also more than 4 metre but they had to discontinue else the same polo would have costed 50% more.
Maruti makes 4 cylinder engines, which other cars don't can't, because they need to make 3 cylinder engines in order to compensate for the extra weight their cars carry. 3 cylinder engines are inherently unrefined when compared to a 4 cylinder.
whatever you say with higher mom sales of Nexon , I don't see a big reason for Tata to introduce a facelift for atleast 1 year from now

If it's off-road conditions primarily, the Brezza / Nexon should be your main contenders.
The Nexon's cabin is a bit dated but the lower-spec variants have more features and there's the diesel option as well, which should give you more mileage.
The Brezza has more features and a better interior, but the petrol-automatic combo isn't particularly fuel efficient in hilly conditions.

I was also sailing in the same ship as you I am going for Brezza AT over Venue DCT because of Safety, Mileage, Reliability and Service. Still I haven’t cancelled Venue DCT booking if Brezza AT waiting is too much will go for Venue DCT.

Venue’s rear seat is neither well cushioned nor spacious! Brezza, despite its flaws, any day !
In our experience, the new Venue's rear seat is actually quite good. The front seatbacks are scooped out for extra knee-room and it also has a recline feature. However, the Brezza has equal knee room still and better headroom.
Venue is a grand i10 on heels. we hated its rear seat. i think nexon, magnite and i20 are far better.

We agree! As mentioned in the video, the Sonet feels the most premium in its class and we wanted to have it in this test as well, but the car was unavailable.

Torque converter is best, currently only sonet(CVT) and brezza has that

Lithium ion battery under passenger seat cost 70k at present for replacement. very bad interior and rear seat is like dinning table chair and pretty straight and 0 angle of reclining and seat depth also very short and no support for legs..

We can't tell you about the service experience, but the Brezza and Venue offer six airbags at the top end, the Nexon only offers two. Yes, the Nexon has a five-star crash safety rating, but the previous-gen Brezza wasn't far behind with a four-star rating. The Venue hasn't been tested, so we can't comment on that.
@@autoX on one of the very famous UA-cam channel, I have heard that nexon and XUV 300 5 star ratings are sponsored. Otherwise both of them got 4 star ratings. Your thought on that...
Venue according to me is the best out of the 3 three but the least safest. Hyundai’s other cars have fared very bad on the ncap tests, so can’t really trust Hyundai on that. If safety is priority, there is nothing better than Nexon.

The top spec variant (SX (O)) doesn't come with wireless android auto or apple car play. Instead it has wireless charging which the lower spec variants does not have.
