Where do you buy the valve?
It's to small for the fish but a very nice aquarium
Well as a temp tank for fry until they are a bit bigger and can go back into the main tank it would work fine. But for long term probably would only work for those tiny, colorful shimp that never get very big... or maybe a few fish that only ever get to 0.5-0.75in.
Its a bit overstocked imo but its a decent tank for brine/shrimp and maybe for housing fry. Could work for snails too

The New maximillianmus no theyre not, theyre endler guppy’s, a different type of guppy a lot smaller and will remain this size

@Cunning Stunts I keep endlers in a 2.5 gal, and i would never recommend it to anyone. It is so stressful. I do daily water changes of 50%, feed extremely little, and inspect the fish at least 3 times a day, because a minor disease can completely crash the tank. I dont want to imagine keeping fish in a .5 litter.

This is even smaller than my EZ Care Betta tank. WOW! I'm amazed at how you pulled this off. Good job. So much work and dedication. I would love to see what you would do with an EZ Care Betta tank. Those tanks are small and honestly a gimmick (Found out after I purchased it). I bet you could transform it into a real tank.

Despite this I couldn't wait to finish is so I could comment "you too could have such an aquarium with just 600 dollars and about 300 hours invested, just to try to be funny. One small suggestion, would you think it would be better if the co2 diffuser would be under the filter intake so it would get sucked and dissolved up better by the propeller? Then it would get more equally reach within the water volume... 🤔

Scoobs McDoo you’d be extremely skilled or extremely lucky to keep shrimp alive in that. They’re really sensitive to parameter changes, and the smaller the tank, the harder it is to stabilize it regardless of how good the filter is. Plants and maybe a bladder snail or two is the best fit for that lil box

I'm all for micro tanks like this but please don't put fish into a 500ml tank. Micro crabs may be a better idea if you want animals inside.

The water parameters in that would shift so fast it's not ideal for any living thing. Maybe 1 neocaridina shrimp tops, definitely no fish

Depending on how many fish spawn there are, this little tank would be a good nursery tank to raise young fish until they are big enough to avoid being eaten by even bigger fish.
I was just about to comment how you shouldn't keep fish in that small an aquarium. but you're right, it's ideal for a nursery!

That's actually pretty easy to do.. I mean I have a 30 l aquarium and I CAN push it a tiny bit, tho not much bc I have tiny sausage arms
