Thanks for the post. I was trying to figure out how I would accomplish this. For a kid who attends my church and has some sneakers that light up. Since I asked him, and he said no, he now tells me each time I see him that he's not about to give me his sneakers!!! I can't wait to show up with mine and possibly wear them for Halloween...

Hey rob , you should check out "infinity mirror" . they use a led strip and a mirror to make a pretty amazing effect.

Hey will it not be uncomfortable when you wear it because of the battery attached to it.

the lights on the led shoes stop working due to the pressure of the foot on the lights, is there a reason u didnt cover this in your video? i need to know how to make the shoes work with out breaking the lights, you cant glue them where the pressure of your foot is

There are cheap led shoes out there too. $20 - $35

+Kayla Moo true price are cheap but you need to check also the shipping. All shoes that are cheap, the shipping will be higher, or vice versa. Still better to build your own. I bought 3 pairs in eBay, aliexpress and Amazon, all pairs stop working after the first time using them or the usb charger weren't charging. Either I'm unlucky, but I still don't trust their product :/
But why buy when you can DIY? :)
