Gonna be a long season for that defense
I talked about us having ZERO pass rush last season. It's worse now because we have no run defense either. You can't win in the NFL without that. DJ Reader's absence is felt tremendously.
The dt's for the Bengals were back ups.That was part of the problem.Sam Hubbard,is worthless.Trey Hendrickson,is the only one who has any pass rush.
The defense is terrible.Thirty three points,should have been enough to win.
Jay Tufele is our best DT right now...by far too. Does that tell us anything?
This game reminds me of the 2018 New Orleans game when the Saints scored every possession until the kneeldown at the end.
Is that nick scott out there wearing #22 this season? Cant really tell the difference even just reading their resumes?
We ain’t talking about playoffs anymore. This front office has failed. Coaches are fine but they need pieces.

I just don’t understand why people follow the preseason to evaluate starters & backups and then get shocked when starters are out with injuries and the productivity is too low to get a victory.... THE MAJORITY OF THE DEFENSIVE LINE IS INJURED. Any OC in the NFL & College would attack that problem.... It is not the fault of Lou Anarumo, Zac, etc... in the NFL & College TALENT RULES. That's why Drafts, Trades (in college) Portals are a prime focus. The Bengals had to use a one arm rookie DT and a near retirement (respectable) DT to cover for two injured Starting DTs, I expected problems.
I still feel that The Bengals will adjust, because they have definitely proven that they can adjust (Look at the Offensive production now). I also feel that the Bengals can not only make the Playoffs (17 game season), but win a SB.
A must win game and that's the performance they give. They are an embarrassment.
If the rules allowed Washington would have converted on 5th and 6th downs last night. Bright spot of that is didn't need BP meds last night while the punts in the air heading towards Charlie Jones
33pts in that environment should be more than enough to beat any team in the league. I don’t know who to blame, but if Bates was still here, Dax, Vaughn and Geno wouldn’t be here.
It's all on the defense. We couldn't stop the run or the pass. Daniels torched us the whole game.
Lou Anarumo should be fired.Period.Will he be? No.
Bring back la'el collins for depth.
He is not going to help.He is old,and not any good.The problem is the defense is terrible.Tell me how an old,offensive lineman is going to fix the defense.
