the slab says good hero slope...there is a saying "if you haven't been on the great wall then you're not a hero". When I went in 2016 there were no cable car so the coach (we went with a tour) dropped us on the side of the road and we started climbing. I found going down very difficult even though we didn't walk too far as I used all my energy going down. The "writing" on the wall I could not see but so unfortunately I cannot help. Another great video...I think at this rate your China trip video will last until the end of next year 😂😂😂.

That creature is not part of the worm family, it looks like a centipedes with 100's of legs, its tail has a sting which is highly poisonous so never attempt to pick it up by hand and risk severe injuries or possible death.
I think they are centipedes and millipedes not worms, from the forested surroundings. The writing on the far end is 忠于毛主席 or Loyalty to Chairman Mao, done during the Cultural Revolution.
