    However, don't forget after all Speed sessions,cool down,stretch, icebath(helps with recovery) and warmbath hour later, massage then balance nutrition healthy meals and REST. Ok

      Lol that's true bcz am not easily tired but it have been months since I do some aerobic and anaerobic activity

    I see your passion, but you doing it alone is not enough. You need a knowledge trainer, who totally understand running mechanics. Your SL(stride length)and SF(stride frequency) is not balanced. Acceleration and quickness must be worked in P4. Ex,fly 30m sprints,40m,60m-110 has to be worked on.
    Then also work on speed and special endurance. 250m to 300m 1-2x per week.
