    Mumtaz ( excellent) as usual. This kind of exercises you will never see in any yoga class here in geneva or france. So.i wander wich mistakes they teach by ignorance. Thank you very much ariele.

    Excellent! Incorporating these into class today, and. am going to start doing these on my own to see if it relieves my yoga butt issues. How many of each do you recommend that we do? 3?

    Are these exercises safe to do if you have already pulled/tore your gluteus Maximus muscles?
