Hi im using saracino modelling paste it contains coco butter so when the paste is warmed by my hands it gos soft and easily sticks together using a little water will also get it to stick together x
If you use Normal fondant you would have to add tylo powder to it or it won't set up as. its designed to be used to cover a cake and stay soft to eat rather than a model that you want to set firm water will stick fondant together or edable glue if you mix 1/4 tea spoon tylo with few drops of water it will make a sticky glue or you can buy it ready made x
