I have a 1.6 petrol Duster with Nissan engine.( 2019 model) Right now it has clocked 45000 kms. CNG kit was fitted at 5000 kms only. The CNG fitment person has changed reducer once, first one was lovatech brand. It failed after about 2 years of usage, because there was no gas flow . After that, he fitted a reducer of HR brand. It too failed after one and a half years, and this one overflows, in running car so much that it can run at 5000 rpm only. If I reduce the throttle, the engine stops. This happened when I was driving in traffic. I parked it on the side, and reduced the pressure on the reducer by using an allen key. Now there was low pressure problem. So I placed a PVC plumbing coupler in the air hose to increase the suction. I reached home with some difficulty. Previously when I would set the pressure (after the reducer started giving problems) I would set pressure keeping the throttle held at 1000 RPM in such a way that I would get maximum RPM. Then it would work well for 15 days approximately and then again start giving problems. Now it's impossible to get a stable setting and I just procured a Tomassetto standard reducer. What else will I have to check after fitting the new reducer. What is the reason for the reducer faliure?

In future CNG kit fit karva ni hai. Kon si company ki CNG kit Astor ke liye perfect performance degi. Astor heavyweight car hai. Average. Maintenance cost high to nahi hogi. I have Hyundai xcent showroom fitted CNG. my problem is current is not passed fluently from ECU or Relay to petrol tank motor due to which car is not starting. nobody else can tune this ECU just because they dont have software. can we download and configure it on Laptop and use to configure the KNC ECU.

My Brezza 2021 has run more than 54,000 km in 2 years and the car is running perfectly fine without any problem. 1. Should I get Coolant pipes installed? (I am based at Faridabad where temperature gets down up to 4~6 degree in winter) 2. Should I get Static/Dynamic Advancer? 3. I use a OBD Scanner to remove Check Engine Light; whenever it comes.
Get coolent connections, as it will enhance performance of car on CNG । No need of any kind of advancer, as putting an advancer will impact engine Head over a time।

Proper settings required and the reducer pressure must be 1.8 bar
