Sir made this today for dinner! Had it with fresh Basmati rice! LOVED it! Very delicious. I made it a bit different by sauteeing the capsicum in a very hot pan with some oil first. This will remove it's moisture and crisp up a little. Then added it to the masala, cooked it for a minute or two and immediately served it. It's enough for two people. Your recipes are always nice Chef.
