Yeah but the major difference being that Black Kids were terrible. I don't usually like to use that word to describe any artist but they came off as fake and trying way too hard to be in that hipster post garage electro dance rock scene à la Bloc Party that was popping off about ten years ago, sorta around the time the whole emo thing quickly faded away. Their only major hit sounds like nails on a chalkboard to me. His singing sounds so forced and awful.

I love this track. It makes me think of my daughter. She's 16 and going through a tough time figuring out who she is, and I feel the sadness in the singer's voice as I watch my daughter grow and feel the gaps between the vision I had for her life and the life she's choosing to lead.
