I think capcut. It sounds similar. Maybe a mix of other program too

​ Thanks, mate! It was done using Davinci Resolve. It is a composition of several different effects and some overlays.

Looks pretty realistic. I think they ran film about 16fps in those days. Is that what you used to get this effect?

Thank you, mate! =D It seems they usually ran it at 16 or 24. This one is running at 24 fps. I did some trials with 16 and didn't like it...
