So where else did they want it to go? Also this is NOT about it being a false business record, the claim is that he falsely called it a legal expense in order to hide a crime. What crime did he commit that he was hiding? 2 consenting adults, whether the claim is true or false, sleeping together, isn't a crime. Anything an attorney deals with is a legal expense. Testimony acknowledged he had paid for similar issues before running for office, to keep out of the public eye for the sake of his family. How can it be proven beyond a reasonable doubt that he had 100% no thought of the effect on his family just this one time only? It would effect them just as much as at any other time previously. And 34 counts adds up to $420,000 yet the claim is he was paying for $130,000 the amounts don't even add up.
