James Fuston Yep, it only unlocks after the first playthrough. I started a second time and still haven't been given the pistol. I guess my drifter is especially unlucky

Where'd you get the pistol? Doing a NG+ run with just the sword is awesome but not the challenge I was looking for
you should have the pistol as soon as you start NG+. You pick it up in the tutorial that's skipped when you launch NG+

Tell me not this boss is the hardest boss in new game plus. I don't about u but i had a hard time killing him
