Everyone is talking about how the utensils are colored pencils and to that I say, it is in another timeline or dimension where you can change your facial features so maybe in this dimension Crayola makes 3D technology pencils instead of coloring supplies. Also, she’s not erasing your whole eye and whole mouth and stuff, she’s erasing the details of them so she can remake them, you can still see and talk and breath.
Me: When you think about it this is a pretty interesting concept of a society where it’s probably naturally accepted that you could literally go to work as an entire new person and no one would question you. A society that has the technology to remove you me face and give you a shine up like a car. What would that look like? Would it be like a teen dystopian novel or something more advanced? Would the hero/heroine be against the society? Against the notion that you should change yourself and shouldn’t just be happy with what you look like? Would the doctors, who do this to people, be the good or bad guys? Or would it be the government encouraging the changing of your identity? What would drivers licenses, passports or even library cards look like? Would you have to get those things updated every time you get a tune up? Why do faces deteriorate? Where does this technology come from and who invented it? Whats the backstory of a world of people whose, along with their faces going bad, feel the need to look different constantly? Are the people in this society even human? If not, than is gibi in this video not human as well? Does this society deal with dissociative identity disorder? Who am I? The McDonald’s cashier: 👁👄👁

And i'm telling you it wil be 25 at most. We already have technology we wouldn't even think would exist in less than 50 years two decades ago, like self-driving cars and smartphones. Heck, even laptops. Also the fact that society is obsessed with looks and fashion, and plastic surgery is more popular than ever, this sorta thing would've been highly sought after and probably well-funded when the idea came up. Epecially since its just a waaay safer and more hmmmmm... 'natural' looking than for example lip surgery. I would much rather have my entire face wiped off and have to rely on another person to get back most of my senses than end up in some sort of surgery with an incompetent doctor and in the end looking like a freak of "nature', and so would probably other people.
I wish salons did this, they go into a sound proof room, and they give you earbuds and the salon person whispers into the mic, ooooohhh that would be so good!!
Just an idea, but this RP reminded me of something. It reminded me of the scene from Toy Story 2 where the repair guy comes in and cleans, paints, and fixes Woody. Always gave me tingles as a kid and it continues to do so. I could see you getting very imaginative with that concept! Just a suggestion.
