    Waist -- torsion, Upper body -- rotation, above rib cage -- sway, Lower body -- swing
    That's a huge challenge for me. Easy to understand but no idea how much of practice and time it may take before putting them all together while moving around

    몸은 전후로 움직이지 좌우가 아니라는 것 같은데. 영상 너무 잘 보고 있습니다.

      스파인 지키고 주변 근육을 이용해야한다늗 얘기입니다 그래야 상대방을 건드리지않고 스스로 모든 스웨이 턴을 하기때문입니다❤❤
