If you're gonna live in a ground floor condo, it would be counterproductive if flash floods come. It would be better to live in a second or higher floor condo.
Beautiful places. Also check Paris Hilton Azure. Very beautiful, for staycation and long term rental. Beautiful man made beach and 3 other pools. There's a gym, play area, a small cinema for the family. There is a mall near by as well as a market. There is also alot of restaurant and shops around the property and washing facilities.
But it's also in the city ...

I always stay in this condo in front of a mall in Tagaytay… I like it as you just need to cross the street and your there with lots of restaurants.

The first unit has a very small kitchen, that would drive me crazy. For me kitchen is the main hub of the house, that's where everyone gather around.

Tagaytay is one of the best places in the country to live due to cool weather 😊

No. There are lots of hotels, condos, malls, and restos around the Taal. I think the businessmen are very well aware and educated of Taal and the fact that they still chose to build businesses there tells you it’s OK to buy a staycation home there.
Malayo naman ang tagaytay sa batangas, pwera nalang kung dun sila mismo sa paligid ng taal dun mas delikado. At kahit sumabog ang taal hindi parin maamiiwasan pumunta mga tao dun kaya hindi malulugi mga negosyo ng tagaytay.

Great time seeking a place to dwell but the problem in Tagaytay is the area is unstable for safety and the reason is the active Taal volcano. It can turn your dreams into nightmare and I guess you know what I am referring to. That place was closed for several months that mostly business establishements shot down in the recent eruption. So think twice. Thank you.

Look at Empire East Highlands City by Megaworld, pre-selling now... in Pasig... near the new Emmerald line to Clark Airport one way... Manila Airport the other... an amazing hub... Great investment...

It's a very nice location, the HUGE problem is the volcano! It could erupt anytime and cause big damage to everything nearby!!! Also, Avida is not the best company out there, just check out the building structure and you'll see what i mean....
Yes. Best is to go and check out another Avida development which is already minimum 6 years old. It mostly looks like 20 years old.

Yes completely agree they've gone higher in recent years. I'm finding the prices are high all over the philippines at the moment too, I'm not sure if this is a post covid boom or whether people are just paying it, either way they're selling fast!
