I recently got to know about the suspension replacement. i mailed nexa and got call from service center, they acknowledged the stiffness and agreed to change, after checking my vehicle details they said my warranty is expired and i had not taken extended warranty. They said they will send request to Maruthi and change depends on Maruthi approval. So am waiting and worried? will they replace?
Sir. I have ignis. Its suspension is also stiff due to which its ride quantity isnt good on rough roads and lot of noise in bumps as compared to tata or hyundai. Where can i get its shocker or suspension replaced and how much will it cost me?

It's comfort from suspension is OK.... But not the best..... First drive other cars.... Then at last drive Baleno..... And drive on bad pathches of road (all the cars) then u decide... Then u will feel the difference

@ravi pilania Tata nexon is a good package car afterall but still can't match ecosport & creata. Better now is baleno diesel alpha for a great mileage of 20 starting fresh from showroom or can go with amaze diesel cvt which is a great 4 mt sedan.
If you want Toyota's excellent after sales service quality, solid build quality and comfortable ride quality go for liva and if you want great mileage, more features, big bootspace go for baleno.
Yes I also drove upto 150 mark to check vibration and stability. But still no issues if u r a driver. But when I sit on a passenger side and my brother drove upto 130 I feel scared as I feel like flying, but he says he is comfort with that speed also.

@@Partha5842 first go to near authorised service centre then inspect your car suspension by them and told them about ur problem. If they found real issue then they will process for replacement.If they will not agree upon the issue then u can directly write a mail to nexa support.

Dont buy that petrol bro, pachtaoge. U can go with verna diesel sxo optional for a better mileage or rather go for amaze diesel cvt or dezire zxi plus. Both are awesome in their own way.

But I am disappointed with , Maruti Suzuki , they must learn from their own Japanese Auto Manufacturer like Honda and Toyota , they re-call all the vehicles and replace the defective part which even strengthens the customer bond

@@Partha5842 first go to near authorised service centre then inspect your car suspension by them and told them about ur problem. If they found real issue then they will process for replacement.If they will not agree upon the issue then u can directly write a mail to nexa support.

@@pravendra1988 tell them 2015 and 2016 models have stiff suspension.....many of them have got it changed ...and I also want to get it changed ....donu have warranty right now....say them to change it under warranty...coz company is doing only for those who are actually coming for this problem ..... Ask them to do it....by any means
