the "shoepha" sound you make gives me tingles in my actual brain, not just the surface, all down the right hand side of my neck shoulders, spine and to the top of the right thigh, it's amazing how it does this as i have serious injuries all along the spine, and right hip. so thank you for making it feel nice.

Sophie it's graduation at the pre school I work for tomorrow and it's really hitting me just now... I'm not ready!!😭 OMG I'm gonna cry tomorrow. My 1 to 1 graduates tomorrow. I knew this kid since they started at our program 2 years ago now. A 1 to 1 is a classroom aid whose put in charge of a child. To keep them on task, do their work, not get into trouble etc etc. But I'm so proud of this kid! They've come a loooong way since starting😊 I'm gonna be watching this, to get my tears calmed down lol no negative energy😅.
