I stepped on one and went to the ER they had to put me under a full anaesthetic and cut them out, you can’t pull them out because they have backward facing barbs which will damage your skin further. It might be different because I’m in 🇦🇺

I didnt see any of these black dots, but it was a sea urchin because it burned A LOT as i was walking out of the beach salty shallow water

I think they won't came out but they will dissolve it (vinegar )that's what I understand from the video

@@user-rl3ft4on3r according to the video if I'm not mistaken it said that the spikes of sea urchins are made of calcium and vinegar has the power to dissolve them , I got stung too and there's too many of them that are still inside my foot right now but in my case it's not that painful , it's not swelling too and I jog earlier

Here we just pee the feet and it melt and gone. Just put a warm water and it will gone immediately
