Ques... In mandibular guide flange prosthesis, flange extension should be preferably in d region of:
a) max secnd molar
b) max secnd pm
c) ant to max pm
d) on any tooth

Flange in guiding prosthesis should be such that first it guides the mandible from max mouth opening to MIC and holds in MIC. The height of flange guides the mandible and keeping in 2nd PM region marks approx center of arch that will help to hold in position.

Hi!! 🌻 We can give double spacer in flabby ridge area while making custom tray and then make impression with medium body silicone.

Nice explaination but in Altered cast technique, it's important to fix the framework with sticky wax before inverting else it'll move while trying to pour !!
